This has to be one of my all time favourite escape rooms! Given the hype I had very high expectations for this room and they were definitely exceeded. It was like no other escape room that I have experienced. The attention to detail and storyline were well thought out. I also liked the souvenir pin that we were given for completing the room.

I was a little apprehensive about this room given the spooky element however was pleasantly surprised that whilst the atmosphere felt spooky and there were some scary elements they flowed well within the game and did not take our focus away from being able to progress through the room. The puzzles and effects were like nothing we have seen before. This room definitely lives up to its hype!! Can’t wait to see cipher’s highly anticipated new room!

Another great room from Cipher including well thought out production value and storyline. We enjoyed the black and white theme as this is something we haven’t experienced before in an escape room. There were a lot of puzzles to do in this room but we found they made sense and were relatively easy to follow.

Fantastic theme and storyline throughout this room. It really felt immersive like we were in the scene. My only fault was one of the puzzles was a little tricky to hear which chewed up some time.
The Game

Such a unique escape room like nothing we had experienced before. I enjoyed the competitive nature of this game while still incorporating traditional components of an escape room. The puzzles and set design was well thought out. We love the game master involvement at next level which really elevates the storyline. We can’t wait to come back to try the last remaining room on our list for next level.

Very immersive and engaging room. I came across puzzles that I haven’t seen before which was interesting. The storyline flowed well. Will definitely be back for the other cipher rooms!
Forest of Echoes

A stand out of Next Level Escape is their game master involvement. The narration throughout the game and explanation of the story line is like no other escape room company we have experienced. The attention to detail in this room and production value was beautiful. Personally I prefer rooms that have multiple rooms and surprises which was the only thing lacking from Forest of Echoes, however I am aware this may just be a personal preference! Sometimes I did find the recordings and narrations to be a little drawn out where I just wanted to get on with the game however I am used to more traditional escape rooms.

We really enjoyed this game! A stand out was being provided with a statistical breakdown of our progress in the room and a magnet for escaping. I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the additional tasks that you could complete if you had extra time available as I felt it took away from the storyline of the room. The productive value of this room was fantastic!

This room felt like we had been transported to another world. The attention to detail and story line was phenomenal. The game master was involved throughout the game and spent some time at the end explaining the puzzles and design of this room. Can’t fault this one!!

One of my favourite escape rooms! We just escaped with seconds to spare. The room had lots of components and puzzles. The puzzles were fun and interactive. We did get stuck on one puzzle towards the end and the GM was very helpful.
