“AMAZING!!!!! Beautifully themed room with so many crazy elements and great scares. The live actors were a lot of fun and added so much to the experience as a whole. The story was a lot of fun as well. We were treated so well by our game master Rina! This is a must do room if you can handle the horror element.”

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood, at least that’s what the leader of Clearview Community’s Neighborhood Watch reassures their residents! With an invitation to the Watch leader’s home with promises of fun and games, it’s the perfect setting to keep young minds distracted as parents spend the night out searching for a missing neighborhood kid. Is this just another child running away from home or could it be the latest in the case of the Clearview Catcher?

“This was not our first time with The Escape adventures, their games, story telling and flow is always top notch!! Shoutout to GM Michel, he was amazing and helped us when we needed. Be ready to scream and have few jump scares, I felt the adrenaline pumping. Also there’s live actor plus loud noice.”

ATTENTION. THIS IS NOT A TEST. This is your direct-support Radio Operator reporting the formation of a severe Arctic Storm off the coast of Siberia. All stationed personnel should immediately seek shelter in a class four base or higher. Initiating safety-protocol 118. Commencing auto-lockdown. IMPACT IMMINENT. DISPATCH TERMINATED. The station’s storm vehicle is built to withstand forces of 120 mph winds and is your sole chance at surviving a storm of this caliber. Teeny-weeny problem! – the vehicle has sat dormant for nearly a decade. With no fuel, no battery life, and no access to board without necessary overrides, all recourse of survival is few and fleeting… Will you make it to safety before THE FINAL MELTDOWN?

“This room was a blast! It was my favorite of all their rooms at this location. I loved the theme, which was a very unique one amongst escape rooms. The puzzles were fun and challenging and plentiful. And the set design and size of the room was above and beyond. I really enjoyed it all from start to finish. Definitely a must do if you’re in the area! I’m a little surprised this isn’t an hour room. We finished in under an hour and we weren’t trying to rush and also spun our wheels for a considerable amount of time on one puzzle that we didn’t want help on. I’d call it Medium difficulty, not the Hard Morty lists it as, especially if you have 90 minutes to solve it.”

You’ll need to band together to make it out alive! or, uh – not get busted by campus police… Hurry! You only have one hour to snag the statue and become BROS FOR LIFE!

“Of the 3 rooms our team of 3 did at this location, this one gave us the most trouble. We found ourselves down the wrong tracks few times and needed hints for things we missed. Had some cool puzzle elements, definitely a great theme and fun experience, but we preferred cornstalkers and the arctic adventure at this location, the former for the experience and the latter for the puzzle flow and theming.”

Or will you be consumed by the monstrosities that lie within the walls of this condemned motel?

“Amazing room!! You need GREAT communication with your teammates! And yes no more than 3 room space is limited!! Yes it’s dark and you can ask for “black light” but if you have great communication you would not need it!”

Granny Fanny knows what you did last Christmas… and now it’s time to pay the price! Granny’s on her way home from a work conference an hour away and won’t be home in time to prepare her house for her annual holiday celebration, so she needs YOUR HELP!

“This was a fantastic game. Honestly there is an argument to be made this is Escape Ventures best game. I know that could be a bit controversial as they have some truly amazing rooms across all of their locations however what this game has that the other ones in their roster do not completely have is this game is perfect for any age and any skill level while still being a wonderful room and story. While this is one of their older games, the immersion, the set dressing, puzzle flow, tasks, etc are all wonderful. It also has one of the "best" in-story live actor interactions that reminder me of many a holiday. I won't spoil it but what happens and the circumstances for the live actor reminded me of many a holiday in the best of ways. This was not a difficult room but it was a blast to play. Very fun puzzles and smart technology used throughout. Highly recommend this room especially for families that typically would not play a room. This is the room for you. But beware as this room might convert you into an escape room enthusiast. You’ve been inserted into the dream of Mr. Bestunkovich, a ruthless Russian billionaire whose mansion is protected by an impenetrable security system. Your mission: steal the code to unlock his fortress and deliver it to our team of expert cat burglars, who are ready to break in the moment you succeed. But this dream is no ordinary one—it’s a multi-level maze of twisted puzzles and escalating dangers. The deeper you go, the harder it gets, and time is running out. Fail, and you’ll be trapped in his mind forever, leaving the burglars with no way in. Can you get the code and escape before it’s too late?

“After 36 escape rooms this year alone, it takes a lot to surprise our group — and Dream absolutely did. This is an easy S-tier room for us and currently sits at #7 out of the 36 rooms we’ve played this year. The concept is already fun and unique, but the real standout is the imagination behind the design. Every time a new space opened up, there was another “okay WAIT, this is so cool” moment. The room constantly evolves in creative ways, and the progression through the space felt incredibly satisfying. What Dream does really well is balance. The gameplay flow was smooth and mostly linear without ever feeling restrictive, and the puzzle variety was excellent. There were big theatrical moments mixed with smaller “aha!” solves, and even the way keys/mechanisms were incorporated felt fresh. One section even allowed two different paths to reach the same outcome, which was such a cool touch for teamwork. This room isn’t super high-tech, but it genuinely doesn’t need to be. The immersion comes from strong design, creativity, and great pacing rather than flashy effects. We played with 3 people, escaped with 25 minutes left, and used 2 hints. I’d rate the difficulty around a 7/10 — probably best for medium-to-experienced players. Overall, Dream feels like a room made by people who really understand what makes escape rooms fun: creative, well-paced, surprising, and consistently engaging from start to finish. Highly recommend.”

Previously a fan favorite in Sanford, this eerie roadside mystery is making its return at Escape Artists in Baldwin Park

“Fantastic room and my favorite from the location. So ironically this replaced my previous favorite room at the location and this room, completely fills the shoes of Ninja (Ninja now in their Columbus location - go play it) This room blended immersion, story telling and connection of puzzle to story unlike most rooms. There was a great slow burn to the story and game play and it was fantastic. Cannot recommend this room enough and frankly all three rooms here are wonderful. Tidbits: This is in an outdoor shopping area so parking is tough, suggest parking at Publix and walking over. Lots to do in the area so make a day/night out of it Rebooking discount is available (at least it was for us)”

“I had no idea what we were doing as our friend book this. Let me tell you something… this has become one of my favorite rooms. Some great jump scares, no scare actors but great special effects. Yes will need more than 2 people to complete some of the puzzle. I was impressed with the theme and how the room interact with you. Did I scream more than once? YES, but I enjoy it!”

Your Nana was always a bit estranged from the family, but you tried your best to stay connected to her. I mean after all, she’s quite old, and she shouldn’t have to spend her days in solitude. You do really worry about her, but she insists that she's fine in her mountain cabin by herself. It was always an hourly phone call that was your little bonding time, but nearly a month has passed since your last contact with her. You decide its time to take a visit up to check on dear old Nana Hannah. It takes you all day to get directions and now that night has fallen, you only make out the cabin by the cracks that shine through her fencing from your headlights. You peak through a broken window pane to see red marks down at the end of the hall. Calling out, there is no answer. Did someone break into the cabin? Is that slashes of blood on the wall? What happened to Nana Hannah?

“I played all three games at this location and you can’t go wrong with any of the games here. This game was particularly fun because of the unique puzzles and the ambience. Joseph was a fantastic game master. His sense of humor is infectious.”

Learn More about Orlando Escape Rooms

The Great Escape Room was the first live escape experience opened in Orlando. However, it was far from the last. The Great Escape Room became a chain of escape rooms, and in the years since their initial opening in 2014, over a hundred live escape experiences have opened in the area. In the heart of America’s theme park capital, it’s only natural that the escape rooms in the area excel at incorporating unique themes. Many escape rooms have pivoted from the traditional “unlock the door” format to more collaborative takes on puzzle-solving.

How Do Escape Rooms Work?

Remember those point-and-click adventure games where you’re locked in a room and have to solve puzzles to find the key and escape? Those online games were the original inspiration for the live escape rooms you’ll find all across the world today. An escape room is an immersive experience where you (and your team of 2 or more people) are locked in a room with a series of puzzles for 60 minutes. To escape and win the game, you have to look for clues, solve the puzzles, and find the key. While most escape rooms only give you 60 minutes to complete the challenge, others may have shorter or longer time limits. Many venues are private rooms where you and your team are the only players. However, some places may pair you with other groups who booked a slot at the same time. And don’t worry about getting stuck, asking for hints on a difficult puzzle is totally normal. While the original escape room (created by SCRAP in 2007) had a fairly simple aesthetic, today’s escape games often take you into a different world. Artistic set designs, secret doors, and unique interactive elements are all part of the fun. It’s like an adventure game that you can interact with in real life. But if you’re hoping to preview any rooms before you book a game somewhere, detailed images and videos can be hard to find. To keep the puzzles a secret and preserve the experience of seeing the room for the first time, most venues only offer a few photos or a short trailer about the room’s theme or narrative. The only way to know what it’s like is to go and try it for yourself!
