“The Tomb is a fantastic room. It’s the most physical room I’ve played in North America. It’s also the only room I really had to squeeze through. I’m a pretty small guy, and can usually fit into smaller spaces with not too much effort, but there were some slots in this room I really had to contort to get through. Not only crawling, but climbing as well. Large scrambles that really do require a decent amount of upper body strength and physicality. Plus some balancing to finish it off. Not for the weak willed. The unique approach to puzzling was a breath of fresh air as well. I have done many puzzles, quite a few I would say. But the puzzles here were such a unique take and clever way of thinking I can honestly say I’ve never seen before. Plus custom wearable tech (Reminiscent of Demise of the Gricers), crazy multileveled puzzling, and cool cinematics? An absolute must play in the Toronto area, and clear highlight of our trip.”

“Botanical Greenhouse was a very artsy unique room. More art than room, but didn’t let up on the puzzles either! We loved the unique art pieces and couldn’t help but admire all the love and attention in here. You can fell the love poured into this experience. Colorful plants and flowers, fun sidekicks, and clever puzzles with lighting and sound make Botanical Greenhouse a great game. I enjoyed our visit to Daydream and hope to return in the future.”

“I didn’t really know much about this room before playing it…tbh I thought it was all going to take place on an airplane. Turns out, the airplane is just the beginning of the adventure. Volcano Views proved to be a surprising experience, with many unique elements that I haven’t seen in escape rooms elsewhere. It’s family-friendly, but is also engaging enough to entertain our group of three grown adults. The set design doesn’t have the polish of some other top-level GTA rooms (the last 1/4 of the experience def requires some suspension of disbelief), but it more than makes up for it in pure fun and physicality. Even as experienced players, we were surprised multiple times over the course of our journey. Difficulty was generally pretty easy, so I’d recommend a group size of 2-3 experienced enthusiasts. Our GM did a great job and brought an authentic joy to the experience. We had a slight technical hiccup at one point, and she addressed it very promptly. I don’t remember her name, but she was maybe Asian or mixed, tall, with glasses. This woman deserves a raise!”

“Motel Betty is a real-deal horror experience, we had a blast! The game features cinematic moments, a sprawling set, and a live actor, all of which come together perfectly. The 4 player minimum is justified, since there’s at least one puzzle that requires 4 people. There are a couple of instances where the group will be separated, which adds an additional layer of tension. The actor did a great job, she really got us a couple of times! Speaking of puzzles, they’re mainly easy-to-moderate in difficulty, which is good because you’ll be looking over your shoulder a lot…you never know when “she” will appear. One puzzle in particular involving a knife is a little contrived, and doesn’t really make any sense in the context of the experience. Also, two of the puzzles require precise color recognition, which is nigh impossible in the low lighting. Luckily one of our teammates had a flashlight, otherwise we wouldn’t have figured them out. Bring a phone/flashlight. Huge 👎🏻 for not allowing us to take our post-game photo in the room itself, instead we got this lame backdrop.”

“Said to be the hardest room in Toronto and it didn't disappoint! Excellent set, lots of great puzzles, and solid flow with some elements of linearity and multi-linearity. Unfortunately for us, we chose to play it when the air conditioning was down (we were given the chance to cancel but went ahead with it anyway), and it was just absolutely brutal. The four of us still finished with 10 minutes to spare but did need a clue and a manual bypass (the puzzle had a slight technical fault but it was mainly because we were drenched in sweat and too hot and frustrated to bother figuring it out ourselves). Even with these conditions we still enjoyed the room and would recommend it to any team that enjoys a challenge!”

“Rating: 4/5 - Lovely aesthetic with enjoyable puzzles Pros: ➕Great looking, immersive set. Decorated floor to ceiling, it has some Disney vibes. ➕Lots of tech, video, lighting, and audio effects. ➕Multiple rooms to explore ➕Puzzles were mostly enjoyable to solve, it was a mix of buttons, RFID/sensors, keys, and padlocks. ➕GM was friendly and helpful when needed. Cons: ➖One puzzle required you do to something unintuitive you wouldn't normally do in any other escape room, though the GM warned us beforehand. ➖The audio for some of the puzzles were a bit annoying, particularly one that played on repeat. ➖Ending wasn't that satisfying. I'd recommend 3 players. There are no jump scares, there is a tiny bit of spookiness but I'd still rate it not scary. No crawling or climbing. My ranking of the rooms I played here starting with my favorite: 1. Grand Wilshire Hotel 2. Steampunk Express”

“Puzzles 🧩: 8/10 Set/Wow Factor ✨: 8/10 Story/Immersion 🔮: 8/10 Fun factor 🤘: 8/10 Stepping into the boots of a first responder, this room begins as a seemingly routine day at the fire station before rapidly escalating into a high-stakes emergency dispatch. It is a highly unique theme that you don't see very often, and the ensuing challenges and exploration was perfectly on theme of a rescue mission apt for the title of the escape game. The gameplay features non-linear puzzle design, so it is absolutely a fantastic room for a larger group where players can divide and conquer. As a group of two plus mom's first escape game, we needed more time to solve, but the puzzles themselves were solid first generation style puzzles (lock and key) and weave incredibly well into the overarching story of the emergency response. Overall, it is a very well-rounded, enjoyable room with a great concept. If you can bring a full squad to tackle the multi-tasking, you are going to have an excellent time saving the day!”

“Fun experience! You get split up into 3 groups so it helps reduce the number of chefs in the kitchen. The live actors were really good and definitely added to the experience. The puzzles were fun and the live actors were good at giving direction if you spend too long looking for something. The only caveat is that you don't get to experience all of the puzzles because you are split into groups. Otherwise, I would recommend this one even to seasoned players”

“Cool Japanese-style horror room that’s a little old now but still holds up quite well. I can see why it was so highly rated back in the day. No live actor but the atmosphere was creepy and there was a handful of fun jump scares. Some of the puzzles and prop design didn’t make the most sense in the space but it’s still a very good game overall.”

“Great room! 8.5-9/10, definitely not like other escape rooms so you kind of have to think a bit differently, more like a room that you’re actually escaping from- lots of physical kind of puzzles, cool technology which all worked, good guidance for what you should be working on. Good immersion and set design!”
