This room was hectic to say the least. I give it an A+ in commitment but the execution was a bit overwhelming in not the best way. If you fall behind be prepared for the GM to start hurling hints at you on a muddy PA system. The hardest part of this room was hearing what the GM was telling you or what the pre programmed messaging was telling you, it was all just pretty loud ruckus at one point. Also be prepared to be going back and forth between all the sections, there’s a lot of crawling and ducking in actual mud so wear something you don’t mind getting dirty. If you have bad knees or are old, prepare to have a very tough time.

Man Spain has some amazing rooms. Did this one after doing Magic Universe and was still in awe at the detail and atmosphere of the room. First time seeing this type of theme which made it stand out from all of the rooms I’d done so far and the intro to the room was something out of Universal Studio with the first major room being something comparable to Diagon Alley. Loved this room and the GM was very enthusiastic and had a cool background in regards to the Escape Room industry. Another must-do for all you would-be warriors.

Breathtaking set design, in the 150+ rooms I’ve done, nothing has even come close and some of the rooms I’ve done I would say had super fun set designs, but this is just on another level. I’m based in the LA area and I just don’t think it’d be possible to even have something like this, it would just cost way too much. Now from a more objective standpoint, the puzzles were fun but nothing crazy advanced. The puzzles I feel made more use of the setting and made you really inspect every inch of the place. The puzzles were unique though I will say. Also gotta give it up to the actors, when they interacted they were super fun and when they performed, it was really enjoyable to see, they go above and beyond for this room. This room definitely earns its spot as a top room in the world. If you’re deep into escape rooms, you must experience this just to see what is even possible in the escape room format. Then last piece of advice, make sure you use the restroom and don’t drink too much water beforehand, you’re gonna be in there a minute and once you leave the first room which has the toilet, I don’t think you can go back.

What an incredible room. The story was a mix of humor and drama with some very unique gameplay. The one interactive character you had in the room was absolutely hilarious and fun to shoot the shit with if you wanted to entertain yourself or make the experience even more immersive. It’s a more modern room so there’s no classic lock combos or anything like that. I think for what the room is, the way you do the puzzles fit well with the theme and doesn’t take away from it being an escape room experience. It’s definitely more unique than what I’ve seen and the depth of the tech I think is pretty neat and can be messed around with if you’re on the curious playful side. I’ve heard some reviews about the groups being split and not being able to experience both parts and we honestly didn’t find that to be too much of a problem. You can walk in between rooms and communicate with the other group and even switch roles if you’d like. So if you want the full experience, you still can to a point. Overall, one of the best rooms in the area. Honestly wish it were longer, it was that much fun, especially if you have a fun group to go with.

Pretty darn good room for what you pay. Cute is what I’d describe the room from the story to the room design. Some really cool props and fun tech puzzles throughout. Definitely a must do room if you’re in the area. It’s English speaking accessible, so if you don’t speak Korean it’s okay. There is a puzzle though I thought was very clever that used the Korean alphabet. Definitely don’t be scared to use hints, the puzzles aren’t terribly hard but there are a lot. It felt like we were cruising at one point, but in reality we were only like 60% done with 20min left.

Fun, spooky and kooky room. The scares here are more spontaneous and threatening than other rooms. The only thing I would say is this is actually the one time I wish the room had more of a prominent intro before entering the rooms. For example Weeping Witch at Crossroads has a video before entering the room explaining what the witch is and how it became to be. Granted when you enter the room, you do have an intro but you’re so mesmerized by the technical show that you kind of tune out what the narrator is actually telling you. And I only say this because the room, and this actually goes for all the rooms at this location, are really good and can tell are made with a lot of passion. So it would’ve just been the cherry on top to really put a stamp on the rooms. Again it doesn’t detract from the rooms at all, it would just give it that extra oomph to make it even more memorable.

Beautiful room that you can tell was made with love and care from the owners. An underwater otherworldly adventure mixed with Greek and astrological themes, this room was wonderfully crafted with so much to take in and be wowed by. Very immersive, with the puzzles being mostly tech to really make you feel like you’re on a journey. By the end of it you pretty much forget you’re in LA. If you ever want to spend an hour in another world, this is the room to do it at. On top of that the owners were extremely passionate and sincere which made the escape room experience a fond one.
