The Mole of The MountainUpside Down Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThis was such a fun game full of easter eggs for the hard-core escape enthusiasts. They did so much with the space and created a fun and inventive story and experience with a blend of high-tech effects and fun low-tech physical puzzles. The twist at the end was delightfully funny. It was well worth the trek from Boston, and the town of Mashpee was also delightful to explore. Thank you to the owners who were so kind in setting up a tight schedule so we could play all three games one after another. This is a must play game, though we truly enjoyed the other two games. We can't wait to come back next summer and play their newest creation.

Upside Down might be known for Mole of the Mountain, but all of their games are truly well done and full of great game play. We loved the atmosphere and the puzzles were just fun to work through. The hint system was also a fun twist on the theme. Highly recommend!

While this game is fun and shouldn't be missed, it didn't have the unique qualities of the other two games at Upside Down. Thanks to the team there for making all of our games a great experience!

A few of the puzzles were a little frustrating in not being able to easily find the clue for a puzzle to function and there was one physical puzzle towards the end that was not fun given the tool that you are provided to work with. Other than that, we enjoyed the plot, unique theme, and the effects.

Doable, but we definitely found that we had to pick up the pace. I most appreciated the theme and fun decorating. My least favorite part was so many number locks.

Le Grand Hôtel De ParisThe One EscapeEscape roomIRLAmazing! A horror game that doesn't sacrifice plot for the sake of scares. There were some special effects that really wowed us. This is a gorgeous game with a very funny and thoughtful way of developing the story that I hope all escape room/immersive fans will not miss-- even if it means a few scares. The experience is worth it.

The game is full of surprises. It zigs and zags in layers of new adventures and the end was a heartstopping race to the finish. We loved this experience, the theatricality, and the set, that was fun to interact with.

The puzzles were sometimes tedious and not as clean as I might have liked, but I was so in love with the movement through the set that it didn't bother me. It's a must play when in the The Netherlands.

It was full of highly entertaining surprises with a unique location(s), hysterical cold open, and on point acting. It's clear that all of the staff are having a great time creating this magical experience for guests. This room is very deserving of a #3 TERPECA spot. ❤️
The Toy FactoryTales of Torchdale [prev. Escaperoom Antwerp]Escape roomIRLVery fun game, though it is a little spooky, which I didn't expect. That was great for us, but might be scarier for some kids. There was a lot to love about this game--unique plot, great interactions with the set and the actors, but also a few puzzles where we felt lost as to the next step. We also played Monster Mashers, by the same company, on the same day. Monster Mashers is a seamless experience and this game could be as well with a few small tweaks to tighten the flow. Overall, this is still a must play when in Belgium!
