Maze Rooms - Robertson Blvd

The room had some fun moments, and the set looked nice, but there were also a lot of issues. There was a major piece at the end of the game that was not reset, so we missed what should have been a fun reveal. Another big tech component of the end sequence also did not work, so we really missed the whole end of game experience. During the villain’s monologue in the finale of the game, the game master was talking on the walkie talkie at the same time, so we couldn’t understand the villain or the game master, so again, very frustrating and disruptive to our experience. There were a couple other tech things that had to be reset during the game, and a first step on some stairs that was way too high. Overall, just too many hiccups to recommend this room.

This is one of those rooms where they just do everything right! Fun premise, interesting puzzles, great set, and just a lot of fun overall. We did it with a group of 7, but I think 4 would be optimal for enthusiasts, or maybe 6 for those just starting on their escape room journey. There is also a lot of variance in the types of puzzles, so they always feel fresh. They also supply you with a very cool looking tool for exploration purposes, which a nice touch. All the details are just covered so well, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience!
